Full Upgrade
ThermoHeat Mechanical delivered a full upgrade to the reception and core areas at 5 Georges Dock. Works included new fan coil units with associated pipework and ductwork, upgraded supply and extract grilles, and a new tea station. Sanitaryware and water services were modernised, with a BMS upgrade to integrate and control the new mechanical equipment.
