ThermoHeat Mechanical delivered the complete mechanical installation for Barry’s flagship gym, transforming a basement into a premium fitness facility. Works included a tailored ventilation strategy with compact heat recovery units, a high-efficiency variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, fire-rated ductwork for smoke control, domestic water and drainage services, a Lochinvar hot water storage boiler with tank and booster sets, and full building management system (BMS) integration.
