ThermoHeat Mechanical delivered the full mechanical package for Castlethorn’s head office refurbishment at Dundrum Town Centre in coordination with Built Interiors. Works included decommissioning the existing chilled beam system with safe glycol disposal, installation of a new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system with 26 ducted indoor units, plumbing and drainage upgrades, ventilation improvements, and full testing and commissioning of all systems.
