Mechanical Upgrade
ThermoHeat Mechanical completed a full mechanical upgrade at Horizon Waterford for main contractor Structure Tone. Works included new fan coil units with associated heating pipework, fresh air and secondary ductwork with grilles, and full water and drainage services to new kitchen areas. Sanitaryware was installed throughout, with a building management system (BMS) upgrade across the building.
