Mechanical Installation

ThermoHeat Mechanical delivered the full mechanical installation and modifications for ING’s Dublin office fit-out in coordination with Roccul. Works included relocation of fan coil units (FCUs) with new ductwork, dampers and attenuators, air conditioning system upgrades with a new comms room, and water services to tea stations and mother’s room. Hot water and drainage solutions were installed with Saniflo connections, while the building management system (BMS) was upgraded with a new panel, re- commissioning, updated graphics, and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) integration.
