Mechanical Upgrade

A full mechanical installation was carried out for PM Group at Belgard Square West, Tallaght. The works included new ventilation systems with Lossnay units and louvres, comfort cooling via Mitsubishi Electric cassette units, and upgrades to the cold-water storage and distribution systems. Two new external Tricel water tanks with Grundfos booster pumps were installed to serve both building wings, along with new under-sink water heaters for the café area. All works were completed in a live office environment with minimal disruption and full coordination with PM Group’s operations team.
