Full mechanical fit-out including ventilation, heating, cooling, water, and drainage systems. The installation works carried out on site included LPHW and CHW systems, ducted fan-coil units, heat-recovery ventilation, domestic water services supplying a wash-down area with over-sink water heaters, and UPVC soils and waste systems. All systems are fully integrated with the Building Management System and coordinated through BIM for seamless delivery and performance
