Office Fit-Out

The project covers the complete mechanical fit-out of the T&T Office at George’s Quay, Dublin, including ventilation, air conditioning, and water services. Works include disconnection and removal of redundant ductwork, installation of new ducting, dampers, and acoustic attenuators, and fitting an 8 kW DX split A/C unit with drainage and leak detection for the comms room. Water services were extended to canteen areas using insulated copper pipework with Zip Tap units. New uPVC waste drainage was installed, and all systems were integrated with the landlord’s BMS for monitoring and control.
