Mechanical Installation

A full mechanical installation was carried out for the Uisce Éireann Operations Centre in Cookstown, Tallaght. Works included complete fit-out of heating, cooling, ventilation, water, and drainage systems within the new office, canteen, and workshop areas. The installation featured hybrid VRF systems for simultaneous heating & cooling, MVHR ventilation units with heat recovery, and air-source heat pumps serving LTHW and domestic hot water systems. Services also included mains water distribution, boosted cold-water systems, uPVC waste drainage, and full Building Management System (BMS) integration for control and monitoring.
