Mechanical Services Upgrade

A full mechanical services upgrade was performed at Loreto College, St Stephens Green. Works included removal of outdated systems and installation of new energy- efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation infrastructure. The project featured external heat pumps, radiant panels, new LPHW systems, and upgraded HRU ventilation for changing and toilet areas. New copper water and waste pipework was installed throughout, with automated CO₂-controlled high-level windows in the sports hall and a new plantroom incorporating pumps, manifolds, and a Building Management System for efficient operation and long-term reliability.
