Energy Upgrade Pathfinder Project
ThermoHeat Mechanical delivered a full energy upgrade at Maynooth University Library for McDermott Building Services. Works included new high- efficiency gas-fired boilers, a 150 kW heat pump, buffer vessel, upgraded distribution pumps, and new Systemair air handling units (AHUs) with ductwork. ThermoHeat coordinated design, procurement, integration, and commissioning, delivering a fully modernised, energy-efficient system with complete building management system (BMS) integration.
