Mechanical Installation

We successfully delivered a complete mechanical services package for Roccul at the HC21 development. The scope included the installation of a full VRF system providing high-efficiency heating and cooling throughout the newly refurbished office space. To meet the ventilation requirements, we supplied and installed Lossnay heat-recovery units, ensuring optimal indoor air quality and energy performance. Additionally, we completed a full cold-water mains upgrade along with new hot-water and hot-water return systems, providing a reliable and efficient domestic water service for the facility.
